Booking

To guarantee your reservation, an advance payment of 70% is required. The balance is due eight weeks before arrival upon request.

A one-off deposit of EUR 1,000 is payable per booking/per house. If no damage or defects have occurred after departure, this will be refunded within 14 days. Should damage or defects have occurred, these will be documented, priced and automatically deducted from the deposit. If there is a difference to the deposit paid, this will be refunded within the specified period.

All cancellations as well as changes must be made in writing.

up to 3 months before arrival – 50% cancellation fee
up to 2 months before arrival – 70% cancellation fee
After that, cancellation is no longer possible. Cancellation fees are calculated from the total price.
